Love this video! I watched the whole 2 hours and it made me miss home so much! This was so entertaining. Different regions in the Philippines have varying street foods. Compared to the other islands, Manila is surrounded by more land so most of the dishes are pork, beef, and chicken based. In the smaller islands most of the dishes are centered on seafood. My little island is one of them. Also, Bangus is Milkfish, not Mackarel. :)

Honestly, i dont like people think that food have to be a certain way or it is not real. Cooking a dish varies a lot based on region, family, and personal preference. I think the best way to deal with misrepresenation is to link or lead others to your sources of inspiration and therefore the possible variations of the dish.
